چکیده
The color of sweet cherry fruits is an important indicator their appearance and quality. That influences the purchasing desires consumers. We performed a multi-omics analysis two different colors (yellow “Bing Hu” dark-red “Hong Deng” fruits). A total 12 flavonoid differential metabolites, including hesperetin, rutin, quercetin, 18 structural genes, PAL, CHS, FLS, DFR, were identified. Possible key regulatory genes for second stage change (from green to yellow) identified as SBP, bHLH, WD40, bZIP, which regulated accumulation flavonoids, hesperetin naringenin. In addition, possible roles transcription factors, mainly MYB, AP2, WRKY, in third both also This study offers new insights into changes fruit coloration between yellow cherries, while metabolites lays molecular foundation future improvement breeding programs.

15 صفحه اولComparative Transcriptome Analysis of Genes Involved in Anthocyanin Biosynthesis in the Red and Yellow Fruits of Sweet Cherry (Prunus avium L.)
BACKGROUND Fruit color is one of the most important economic traits of the sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.). The red coloration of sweet cherry fruit is mainly attributed to anthocyanins. However, limited information is available regarding the molecular mechanisms underlying anthocyanin biosynthesis and its regulation in sweet cherry. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS In this study, a reference tr...
